Picked up lunch hot and fresh from Cindy Sue Catering (take out.) I transferred enough for my lunch to a plate, and my presentation doesn’t do justice to how delicious this is! Green chili chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice, Mexican bean salad, and tortilla chips.
Reasonably priced, enough for me to make a couple of meals, and delicious. What could top this deal? Oh yeah, Cindy Sue’s lemon bars - yum!

Cindy Sue’s food is amazing! I’ve had the lasagne(Friday special) and it was delish! This is made from scratch ya’ll. It is wonderful. Had the BBQ(Saturday special) and it was over the top as well. I literally cut my brisket with my fork! Cindy is definitely my new caterer. Awesome food and great prices!

“My husband and I have used Cindy Sue on multiple occasions from small affairs to large dinner parties.


 We have never had anything that was not wonderful and we have tried many of her selections. I will say that my favorite of all is her Turkey with stuffing and gravy – “WOW”!!   And we can never order without including her spicy meatballs – unbelievable!  It makes my heart happy when I see her pull up with her trays of food!

Cindy Sue Catering has catered numerous meals for meetings here at work.  Usually lunches, but also a few breakfasts.  The quality has been really outstanding.  The food is good and tasty, with excellent seasoning that avoids the bland trend of many other caterers.  It is fresh and the variety of dishes offered is really remarkable.  Try the lasagna.  And the fajitas – and the wings - and those Lemon Bars are to die for.

I do not hesitate to recommend Cindy Sue to any business or even an individual throwing a big party. Delivery has always been on time.  Never late once.  First class operation.

What can I say about Cindy Sue Catering and its owner Cindy Evans?  Well she is an amazing cook and a lot of fun to work with.  She actually cares about her customers to make sure you are happy with her services.  Cindy has catered numerous business events for me and several dinner parties at my home. She always delivers the food personally and tends to over-run the number of people I quote her.  Every thing she delivers is always fresh and we always have leftovers which are as good the next day as they were upon delivery!

 I would never have to use anyone else because if there’s something not on her menu she will accept a custom order. If there’s a type of cuisine you need she will make sure to deliver what you ask of her.  She has many large important client accounts but still makes time for “the little guy.” Her prices are beyond reasonable and in fact I keep telling her she doesn’t charge enough. :)

If you go elsewhere for your catering needs, you’ve made a mistake! I’ve paid more for less and worse over the years, and I won’t make that mistake again! Cindy is the ONLY caterer I recommend!

10:30 am: Learned about an unexpected meeting that needed lunch for 10 people by 12:00 noon.  At 10:35 am I called Cindy and was able to place the order. By 11:55 am the order was delivered with a smile, fresh and delicious (as always!).  Thanked my lucky stars that I knew about Cindy Sue's Catering!  Nowhere else would have even taken the order let alone delivered it in time!
